Former Austrian Foreign Minister on the Geopolitical and Economical Impact of the Military Conflict in Ukraine

We cordially invite you to gain exclusive insights from the former Austrian Foreign Minister and Supervisory Board Member at Rosneft, Dr Karin Kneissl, on the current impact of the military conflict in Ukraine. Dr Kneissl will speak on the topic of "Impact of the Military Conflict in Ukraine: Analysis of the Geopolitical and Economic Consequences".

Afterwards you are invited to ask your questions. We will also have dinner together afterwards.

All participants will receive the current book "Diplomatie, Macht, Geschichte" by Dr. Kneissl, which she will be happy to sign personally on site.

The conference will be held in English.

Vita:

Dr Kneissl studied law and Arabic in her hometown of Vienna and was a scholarship holder at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and at Georgetown University in Washington. She also graduated from the renowned French École nationale d'administration in Paris and received her doctorate on border concepts in the Middle East in 1992.

Dr Kneissl worked in the Austrian diplomatic service from 1990 to 1998 and subsequently worked independently as an analyst and lecturer for 20 years. In December 2017, she was appointed as the non-party Foreign Minister of Austria. With the resignation of the federal government in summer 2019, she resumed her freelance work. She teaches at various international universities, is an author and sits on the supervisory board of the largest Russian oil company.

Dr Kneissl is fluent in English, French, Arabic, Spanish and Italian and has basic knowledge of Hebrew, Hungarian and Russian.
